Australian Favorite Pavlova Recipe

12 Egg Whites
150 grms Sugar
25 mls White Vinegar

Our Pavlova recipe is very easy to make, all you need is a mixing machine and 3 ingredients. Start by separating egg whites into mixing bowl, make sure your bowl is clean as any fat or egg yolks will stop whites from whisking up.

Use your egg yolks to make great tasting mayonaise.

Whisk on high speed for around 3-4 minutes, you can hear the mix change in sound as it starts to thicken, as it gets thick add sugar and vinegar, continue to whisk until it forms a very thick consistency.

The key to a good Pavlova is the cooking, set your oven to 110 degrees C  and bake for around 55 minutes. After baking leave oven door open and let cool.
Serve with cream, caramel sauce and fresh fruit.
Some recipes call for cornflour in recipe...we have found this causes the pavlova not to set right and to have a chewy taste.
